At BullyBillows Europe, we want you and your dog to be completely satisfied with your new gear. If the fit isn't perfect or you've changed your mind, you can return your unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure items are in original condition, free of dog hair, and include all original packaging and tags.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and use the provided shipping label or your preferred carrier to send the parcel to our European warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned gear, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
